With the continued support and generosity from dedicated sponsors, we continue to promote the Oil and Gas Industry in our area. Our main goal is to award scholarships to deserving students. We are currently awarding up to 65 student scholarships in the amount of $500.00 per semester. In order to raise funds for this worthy endeavor, we hold two fundraising events during the year.
Our first event is a Golf Tournament that is held at Los Lagos Golf Course in McAllen on April 19th & 20th. Our next event is a fishing tournament at South Padre Island with a date to be determined. The bearer of this letter is a member of our committee and is authorized by the officers of our chapter to solicit gifts and monetary donations for this event.
