Many fellow community members in the Rio Grande Valley face financial hardships. This should never discourage our younger generation from fulfilling their goals. We want all of our high school graduates to benefit from the opportunities that a higher education can provide. RGV API aims to help worthy students begin and complete their post-secondary education with the financial assistance they deserve.
A limited number of new scholarships will be issued this July to those that qualify. Current applicants will still receive a reduced scholarship. We will post any changes for new applicants as the year progresses in 2024 or the energy industry changes for the better.
